How to Claim your SJC Account - First Time Login
- Click on the “Claim Your Account ” button above.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to “claim your account”
- Once step 2 is complete, click on Login button above and follow the on-screen instructions to setup “Multifactor Authentication”
For your convenience, detailed instructions were already sent to your on-file personal email address. To protect your account, we do not publish these on a public site.
If you do not have these instructions or need any help with these steps, please submit an IT Ticket.
Log in to MySJC for Students
Information for student success at San Juan College including financial resources, academic support, and social events are all located on MySJC for Students.
- Stay up to date with what is happening around campus with student announcements, events, and IT alerts.
- Find student forms.
- Access your student Self-Service to accept financial aid, pay and register for classes, and access personal information like course schedules, transcripts, and final grades.
- Find links to useful student applications such as Canvas, student email, One Drive, Health Portal etc.
- Schedule appointments with academic resources and support services.
MySJC for Employees
MySJC for Employees provides resources for quick access to personal information, teaching tools, forms, software, and training for all San Jan College employees.
Log in to
- Stay up-to-date with what is happening around campus with employee announcements, events, and IT alerts.
- Find forms, resources, handbooks, online training, and department information.
- Access to the ERP for items such as departmental budgets, submitting grades, submitting and approving leave, timecards, viewing pay stubs, and tax and banking information.
- Easily access work-related software applications such as OneDrive, Work Orders, OnBase, Power BI, Performance Review Systems, etc.
- Find committee and team information.
